In our Crescent Room we have culled the best of the Mediterranean regions to create a unique dining experience. The lavish décor and low seating are inspired by traditional Moroccan furnishings. The smaller multi-course servings not only offer the opportunity to try a variety of items, but reflect the Spanish tapas-style manner of dining. The Italian emphasis on family-style sharing is also a signature feature of the Crescent Room. The menu itself is a diverse mixture of Spanish, French, Middle Eastern, Greek, Moroccan and Italian influences. The evening begins with the indulgent rose water hand washing. Although we recommend that you eat with your hands as they do in the Middle East, we do provide silverware for the less adventurous.
